Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited was founded in 2000 as part of the Government of Pakistan's poverty reduction strategy and Microfinance Sector Development Program, supported by the Asian Development Bank. Headquartered in Islamabad, it runs a network of about 240 locations across Pakistan under State Bank of Pakistan supervision. Its mandate is to provide retail microfinance services to low-income people.
