About
FOSPAH is an autonomous quasi-judicial statutory body set up under the Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, 2010, to protect individuals against workplace harassment. It has also been given responsibilities under the Enforcement of Women's Property Rights Act, 2020.
