About
Descon began in 1977 as an engineering services company for process plants. Today it operates across three business lines — engineering, power and chemicals — with its flagship engineering business active in nine countries and employing teams from more than 30 nationalities. What has not changed is the discipline the work demands. Industrial plants are unforgiving of shortcuts. That reality shapes how we hire, how we train, and why safety performance is the first number we report rather than the last.
