Sundas Foundation was established in 1998 by Munnoo Bhai (Late) — celebrated journalist, poet and playwright — who could not accept that children in Pakistan were dying simply because their families could not afford blood transfusions. What began as a single center in Lahore has grown into a nationwide network of 12 centers providing free, safe, fully screened blood transfusions 24 hours a day. Under the leadership of Founder & President Muhammad Yaseen Khan (Sitara-i-Imtiaz), the foundation today serves thousands of patients with Thalassemia, Hemophilia and other blood disorders — never charging a single rupee for car
