The Role

Kay & Emms (Pvt) Ltd, a knitwear manufacturer, is hiring a Head of Maintenance in Faisalabad to lead the complete maintenance department, including mechanical, electrical, boiler, utilities and energy management.

•Lead and supervise the complete maintenance department, including mechanical, electrical, boiler, utilities, and energy management functions •Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs •Troubleshoot mechanical problems involving motors, gearboxes, bearings, pumps, compressors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and machine drives •Coordinate with the electrical team for motors, control panels, drives, automation, PLCs, and electrical distribution systems •Oversee boiler operations, steam generation, pressure systems, water treatment, and related utilities in coordination with qualified personnel •Monitor energy consumption and implement initiatives to reduce electricity, gas, steam, compressed air, and water costs •Minimize machine breakdowns, production downtime, and maintenance costs through effective planning and root-cause analysis •Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, tools, contractors, and technical resources •Ensure compliance with workplace safety, statutory requirements, environmental standards, and equipment inspection schedules •Lead, train, and develop maintenance teams to improve technical performance and operational efficiency
