•Regular officers of Federal/ Provincial Governments/ Autonomous Bodies working in BPS-19/20 or equ

17+ years

•Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience •Substantial professional experience in development planning, project management, monitoring and evaluation or technical and vocational education and training (TVET) •Preparation, formulation and processing of PC-I for development projects/ schemes •Monitoring, evaluation and appraisal of development projects and programmes •Formulation and implementation of policies and frameworks relating to training •Preparation and implementation of training plans and programmes in consultation and coordination with relevant stakeholders •Contribution to the formulation, review and implementation of TVET policies and strategies in coordination with stakeholders •Experience in project planning, project management, administration and institutional coordination •Experience in stakeholder management, inter-agency coordination and preparation of policy briefs, summaries, reports and documents

•Positions are filled on deputation through approved SOPs/ amendment (if any) •Selected candidates shall join at NAVTTC HQs, Islamabad, but shall be posted in offices located anywhere in Pakistan
