The Role
Jinnah Medical Construction Company is hiring a General Manager Biomedical Engineering in Islamabad to lead biomedical engineering, hospital equipment planning, procurement, installation, commissioning and operational readiness for the Jinnah Medical Complex & Research Centre.
•Lead biomedical engineering with a focus on hospital planning, healthcare infrastructure and medical equipment planning •End-to-end involvement in healthcare facility and medical equipment projects, from planning and design through procurement, installation, commissioning and operational readiness •Prepare and review equipment layouts, Room Data Sheets (RDS), technical specifications, budgets, RFPs, BOQs, tender documents and technical evaluation criteria •Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, ICT teams, contractors, clinical users and manufacturers on multidisciplinary healthcare projects •Cost estimation, vendor evaluation and technical review of equipment for Centers of Excellence and tertiary-care hospitals •Equipment validation (IQ/ OQ) and integration of medical equipment into HIS/ ERP-based asset management systems •Medical equipment asset management, including inventory, spare parts, store operations, asset registers and lifecycle records •Any other duties as assigned by the line manager

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Biomedical Engineering
Minimum 12 years of progressive professional experience in biomedical engineering, including hospital planning, construction, operationalization and medical equipment planning, procurement, installation and commissioning Preferred: Experience working in a JCI-accredited hospital

Salary, Compensation & Benefits
PKR 0/ month (Market-based/ industry-competitive pay package; contract for three years or till completion of the JMC&RC project (whichever is earlier))
