The Role
Jinnah Medical Construction Company is hiring a Manager Structure Engineering in Islamabad to review structural designs and drawings and oversee structural construction quality, safety and compliance.
•Review structural designs, calculations and drawings •Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and client design criteria •Supervise and monitor structural construction activities to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications •Review and approve structural shop drawings, method statements and material submittals •Conduct site inspections and identify non-conformities related to structural works •Support contract administration and respond to technical queries (RFIs) •Ensure structural safety, integrity and durability throughout the project life cycle •Identify structural risks and recommend mitigation measures •Support evaluation of structural variations, claims and change orders •Review quantities, BOQs and structural-related cost estimates •Prepare technical reports, review notes and recommendations for management •Any other duties as assigned by the line manager

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Civil Engineering
- Masters: Structural Engineering
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in structural engineering Preferred: Experience in hospital and high-rise projects
Structural Design, Site Supervision, ETABS, SAFE, Autodesk Revit
PEC registration required
Salary, Compensation & Benefits
PKR 0/ month (Market-based/ industry-competitive pay package; contract for three years or till completion of the JMC&RC project (whichever is earlier))
