The Role
Jinnah Medical Construction Company is hiring a Manager Project Construction Management in Islamabad to manage construction project delivery, stakeholder coordination, budgets, schedules, contracts, quality and risk.
•Oversee, manage and coordinate all phases of the project life cycle to ensure timely and within-budget completion •Coordinate with key stakeholders •Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, variations and major contract agreements •Review and verify change orders and payment certificates •Ensure full compliance with the contract, engineering codes and quality specifications •Identify systemic project risks and lead the development of strategic response and mitigation frameworks •Coordinate progress review meetings and technical workshops •Ensure progress, quality, safety and contract compliance during all phases of the project: Engineering, Procurement and Construction

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Civil Engineering
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in construction project management, execution and contract administration, including 3 years in a leadership role as PM/ CM Preferred: Experience in hospital, high-rise building and EPC projects
Project Management, Contract Administration, Cost Control, Scheduling, Risk Management
PEC/ PE registration required
Salary, Compensation & Benefits
PKR 0/ month (Market-based/ industry-competitive pay package; contract for three years or till completion of the JMC&RC project (whichever is earlier))
