The Role
Jinnah Medical Construction Company is hiring a Manager Planning & Controlling Engineering in Islamabad to develop and monitor project schedules, assess delays and risks, and prepare progress and cost-control reports.
•Develop and review baseline schedules, master project programs and critical path networks •Monitor project progress against scheduled baselines, identify variances and recommend corrective actions •Review and analyze contractor extension-of-time (EOT) claims, delay analyses and revised schedules •Prepare weekly, monthly and executive-level progress reports, S-curves and dashboards •Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure sequence and resource alignment •Identify scheduling risks, constraints and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies •Review method statements and resource histograms to ensure alignment with schedule targets •Review physical and financial progress parameters to support invoice verification and cost control •Manage project documents, ensuring proper tracking and timely distribution •Monitor project costs, identify variances and support cost-control measures

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Engineering
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in project planning, scheduling and monitoring Preferred: Large-scale projects, preferably healthcare projects; EPC experience preferred
Primavera P6, Scheduling, Delay Analysis, Progress Monitoring, Reporting
PEC registration required
Salary, Compensation & Benefits
PKR 0/ month (Market-based/ industry-competitive pay package; contract for three years or till completion of the JMC&RC project (whichever is earlier))
