The Role
Islamabad Serena Hotel is hiring a Guest Service Officer in its F&B department, responsible for day-to-day order taking of F&B services and ensuring the unit operates efficiently and meets performance goals, timelines and standards.
•Welcome and greet guests upon their arrival and departure, see to guests' comfort and keep a record of VIPs •Maintain a positive liaison with the front office, housekeeping and kitchen departments to maximise the overall hospitality effect of the hotel •Responsible for lobby upkeep and orderliness, including clearance of tables and waiter service to guests •Introduce the menu and make suggestions regarding the menu •Take care of guest and family comfort, guest preferences and guest requirements •Ensure effective implementation of the Serena code of conduct at all times •Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 22000 and OHSAS 18001 requirements

2- 4 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years): Any Discipline
2- 4 years or relevant guest services experience
Multitasking, Teamwork & Collaboration, Coordinating & Organizing, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Interpersonal Skills
- English (Speaking: Native/ Fluent, Reading: Native/ Fluent, Writing: Native/ Fluent)
•Good spoken English language skills
