The Role

Faisalabad Serena Hotel is hiring Restaurant Managers responsible for the smooth running of its restaurants, including cleanliness, hygiene and standard operating procedures.

•In charge of the overall restaurants, with complete responsibility for the efficiency and smooth operation of the outlet •Ensure brisk, fast and personalised service to all guests •Remain present in the restaurant during peak business hours and personally receive and see off guests •Receive and handle complaints and act accordingly •Maintain repeat guest data to call them on birthdays etc. •Responsible for decoration of display/ buffet set-ups •Responsible for overall cleanliness of the outlet and its equipment •Responsible for training and grooming of staff •Implement strict control to ensure high standards of service •Coordinate with the Chef about guests' comments on food •Give pre-meal briefings to staff daily and manage staff duties and scheduling •Responsible for clearance of rooms on time and presenting cheques •Maintain and log special events and discrepancies in operation and suggest remedial solutions to the F&B Manager •Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Laundry and Front Office for smooth operation •Prepare capital and operational budget for the year
