The Role
The Public Private Partnership Authority (P3A) is seeking a Deputy Head, Fund Management and Investment Promotion to support fund management, investment mobilisation and promotion, financial structuring and engagement with investors and financial institutions for PPP initiatives.
•Support management and administration of P3A funds, including monitoring utilisation, allocations and disbursements •Support development and implementation of investment promotion initiatives to attract domestic and international investors •Support fund raising and capital mobilisation by identifying financing sources and building relationships with investors, lenders and DFIs •Undertake financial analysis, investment appraisal and assessment of project economics, funding requirements, returns and risks •Support project teams in developing financing structures for PPP projects, including innovative financing mechanisms •Develop and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, development partners and transaction advisors •Prepare investment teasers, information memoranda, presentations, investor briefs and project profiles •Support review and processing of fund disbursements and monitor utilisation against approved objectives •Monitor KPIs and milestones for funds disbursed and investment initiatives and prepare periodic reports •Monitor investment trends, capital markets, investor appetite and financing conditions relevant to PPPs •Maintain records of fund management and investment promotion activities and prepare reports for senior management •Liaise with the administrative ministry, Finance Division, development partners and financial institutions •Undertake any other tasks assigned by the CEO or P3A governing bodies

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Economics
Minimum 10 years of post-16-year relevant experience in corporate finance, investment/ transaction advisory, portfolio management or project finance (including PPP experience) from a reputable firm, investment bank, multilateral agency and/ or public sector organization
Investment Analysis, Fund Raising, Financial Modelling, Project Finance, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, Presentation Skills
•CA/ ICMA/ ACCA/ CPA/ CFA or equivalent professional qualifications are also acceptable
