The Role
Master Group of Industries is hiring an Executive QA at its Raiwind Factory, Lahore, to ensure quality across accessories stitching, covering and packing operations through inspections, process monitoring and corrective actions.
•Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of accessories stitching, covering, packing and related production activities •Monitor sewing operations, workmanship, fabric, trims and accessories for compliance with quality specifications •Identify stitching defects, analyze root causes and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with production teams •Conduct QA/ QC audits and ensure implementation of SOPs, quality standards and inspection procedures •Maintain quality inspection records, analyze defect trends and prepare reports to support continuous improvement •Investigate customer and internal quality complaints and coordinate timely resolution •Support process improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, rejection and material wastage

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Textile Engineering, Textile
•2-4 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance/ Quality Control within the textile, garments or manufacturing industry Preferred: •Hands-on experience in stitching quality, accessories inspection, covering, packing and in-process quality control
