The Role

Master Group of Industries is hiring an Officer Store (Raw Material Store) in Karachi to support day-to-day scrap store operations, including scrap movement, ERP transactions, reconciliation, segregation, documentation and gate pass compliance.

•Ensure physical scrap quantities always match ERP recorded balances •Ensure all scrap movements follow approved SOP processes and controls •Prevent unauthorized scrap movement through strict controls, monitoring and approvals •Ensure scrap is correctly segregated according to material type and category •Ensure every scrap receipt, transfer and disposal transaction is posted and reported to management •Maintain compliance and documentation standards to eliminate major audit observations •Ensure scrap inward and outward activities are timely, systematic and documented •Maintain complete, accurate, traceable and properly authorized scrap documentation records •Maximize scrap recovery value through proper segregation, handling and timely disposal •Ensure safe scrap handling practices with zero health and safety incidents •Ensure all scrap dispatches have properly approved and verified gate passes •Maintain clean, organized, safe and properly identified scrap storage areas •Manage manpower, task allocation, productivity, discipline and operational requirements •Complete additional store responsibilities as assigned
