The Role

Master Group of Industries is hiring a Senior Manager Corporate (Corporate Sales- Furniture) based in Islamabad/ Lahore to develop and execute the corporate sales strategy for the North and Central regions and grow corporate, institutional and project sales.

•Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy for the North and Central regions •Identify and target new corporate and institutional business opportunities and build a strong lead pipeline •Explore opportunities with real estate developers, hotels, restaurants, offices, serviced apartments and other organizations •Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned region •Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, order confirmation and after-sales coordination •Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, presentations and commercial offers •Develop customized furniture solutions based on client requirements and project specifications •Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate and institutional customers and resolve service or delivery issues •Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors and real estate developers •Track upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional projects in the territory •Coordinate with internal teams for customized requirements, production, logistics, installation and project execution •Monitor market trends, customer preferences, pricing and competitor activities and report market intelligence to management
