The Role

Master Group of Industries is hiring an Executive QA (Quality & Lean Transformation) in Mirpur, Azad Kashmir, to implement quality specifications, run QA/ QC audits and lean activities and monitor rebonding and pillow plant processes.

•Implement quality specifications •Sustain the Record Management System (RMS) •Support QA team members to build a quality assurance culture and lean thinking •Execute lean activities such as 5S, Kaizen and Kanban on the floor •Prepare and execute weekly QA and QC audits and meetings with department representatives for improvement •Evaluate rebonding plant processes, rebonded cutting inspections, pillows plant manufacturing and related testing •Calculate and verify wastage details of related sections •Implement and execute QA auditing procedures to attain sustainability •Monitor production data outcomes for improvement
