The Role
Power Cement Limited is hiring a Lead- Talent Acquisition for its Human Resources Department (Deputy Manager/ Senior Deputy Manager level) at the Nooriabad Plant to lead end-to-end hiring, talent pipelines and early-career programmes for the Plant.
•Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for Plant positions, covering manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, assessments, interviews, selection, background verification and onboarding •Partner with Plant leadership and functional heads on manpower planning, critical hiring requirements, recruitment priorities and workforce availability in line with approved manpower plans and budgets •Build and strengthen talent pipelines through job portals, professional networks, referrals, recruitment agencies, universities, engineering institutions, technical/ vocational institutes and local talent pools, with a focus on technical and skilled workforce •Lead early-career and talent pipeline initiatives, including Graduate Trainee, internship, apprenticeship, campus hiring and employer branding activities •Drive recruitment effectiveness and continuous improvement through TA analytics, including time-to-fill, recruitment turnaround time, source effectiveness and offer-to-joining ratio, and identify opportunities for process digitization

- Bachelor 16 Years: Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management
- Masters: Human Resource Management, Business Administration
- Professional Master's Degree: Human Resource Management
•5-7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment experience Preferred: •Experience in a large-scale industrial environment •Plant/ site-based and technical manpower hiring experience
