The Role
Master Group of Industries is hiring an Assistant Manager Showroom (Retail Sales) in Lahore to help supervise, motivate and guide showroom sales staff and run daily showroom operations.
•Assist in supervising, motivating and guiding showroom sales staff •Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor individual team performance •Conduct regular team briefings regarding sales targets, products, promotions and customer service •Support the training and development of new team members •Maintain discipline, professional conduct and a positive team environment •Ensure showroom opening and closing procedures are followed properly •Maintain accurate sales, customer, stock and operational records
