The Role
EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Islamabad to join its MENA Tax Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team, leading complex engagements and managing clients' compliance and reporting needs.
•Lead a team in providing tax services, managing clients' compliance and reporting needs •Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships •Manage client engagements day to day, monitoring progress and deliverables •Put in place standardized processes, anticipate and identify risks and escalate issues •Drive performance-improvement solutions •Supervise teams and coach and counsel junior team members •Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
- Masters: Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international tax rules/ regulations, with a strong background in tax accounting and tax auditing, ideally within a large professional services company; track record of managerial, organizational and project management experience Preferred: Experience dealing with multinational clients and working in a multi-cultural environment
Tax Compliance, International Tax, Project Management
MBA, Master's or professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent
