Trade Quality & Co-Man Lead

The Role

PepsiCo Pakistan is hiring a Trade Quality & Co-Man Lead in Lahore to lead the trade quality agenda, supplier quality assurance, consumer response and quality analytics, and to serve as Co-man QC Lead ensuring co-manufacturing partners comply with PepsiCo quality and food safety standards.

•Lead the trade quality agenda by developing a system to assess product quality at different stages of trade •Manage product sampling across the country, evaluate product and pack quality, perform statistical analysis and share action plans •Coordinate with Sales, Plant and R&D teams to execute action plans and address product quality challenges in trade •Roll out the Trade Quality Development Program and conduct training for sales teams, distributors and their staff •Develop model distribution centers implementing PepsiCo quality and food safety standards •Track consumer complaints related to quality and food safety and ensure timely closure •Audit finished goods warehouses at plants and third-party storage facilities •Address supplier quality complaints, follow up on supplier RCAs and escalate recurring complaints to global SQA/ FSQA teams •Conduct site qualification and audits of secondary packaging suppliers and line trial studies •Validate RCA and CAPA for consumer complaints and calculate Complaints per Million Packs (CPM) •Manage production at co-man facilities in compliance with PepsiCo quality and food safety standards and local regulations •Coordinate new co-man and new product trial assessments and lead controls for new launches •Ensure product traceability as part of the Crisis Management Team •Maintain HACCP and Food Defense assessments and ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, Halal and PepsiCo food safety programs •Ensure co-man facility readiness for visits and audits, including the annual unannounced AIB audit
