The Role
Jazz (VEON) is hiring an FP&A Manager in Islamabad to act as lead finance business partner for VEON's Payments & Digital Assets business, providing financial planning, analysis and commercial insight across wallets, remittances, payments and digital assets.
•Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long-range planning for the Payments & Digital Assets business •Build and maintain financial models covering revenue, unit economics, cost base and profitability •Track actual performance against budget and forecast, explaining variances and identifying corrective actions •Act as finance business partner to product, commercial and operating teams •Evaluate pricing, corridor economics and partner commercial terms •Provide financial input into new market entry, product launches and partnership negotiations •Develop and stress-test business cases including ROI, payback and sensitivity analysis •Support capital allocation decisions and partner with corporate development and treasury on funding requirements •Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc financial reporting packs for senior leadership and Board discussions •Develop and maintain KPI and unit economics dashboards •Coordinate with Group finance, treasury, tax and controllership functions and local operating company finance teams

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Finance, Accounting, Economics
10+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in FP&A and/ or commercial finance Preferred: FinTech, payments, digital wallets or financial services industry experience
FP&A, Financial Modelling, Commercial Finance, Budgeting & Forecasting
CFA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred
