The Role
EY Rapid Innovation is looking for Managers in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad to support leading complex MENA audit engagements and the growth of the MENA Audit business, working remotely/ onsite.
•Oversee audit engagements by defining strategies with senior leaders and ensuring compliance with EY's policies •Execute complex procedures and manage financial aspects of engagements •Support business development •Build strong relationships and deliver high-quality work •Identify risks and escalate issues •Coach junior team members and contribute to recruitment, retention and training initiatives •Maintain educational programs for staff development

7+ years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
Minimum 7 years of external audit experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role at a reputable firm
External Audit, Team Leadership
Fully qualified professional accounting qualification (CA, ACCA or CPA)
