The Role
Frontier Works Organization (FWO) is hiring a Senior Exploration Geologist for mineral exploration and drilling work in Balochistan (posted 11 October 2026).
•Plan and supervise mineral exploration programs and field activities •Conduct and oversee geological mapping and sampling at different scales •Identify and interpret lithology, alteration, mineralization, structures and veins •Supervise geochemical sampling, pXRF surveys and QA/ QC procedures •Coordinate and interpret geophysical surveys (IP, ERT, MAG and MT) •Plan and supervise diamond drilling programs •Ensure systematic core logging, sampling and geological data recording •Interpret assay results and integrate geological, geochemical and geophysical data •Develop geological, alteration and mineralization models using GIS and 3D software •Generate and evaluate mineral exploration targets •Prepare technical reports, work plans, budgets and progress updates •Ensure compliance with HSE standards, SOPs and regulatory requirements

- MS / MPhil: Geology, Applied Geology, Economic Geology
- Bachelor 16 Years: Geology, Applied Geology, Economic Geology
8-10 years post-qualification experience
Geological Mapping, Core Logging, Mineralization Assessment, Geochemical Exploration, Geophysical Exploration, Remote Sensing, GIS, 3D Geological Modelling, Team Leadership, Exploration Planning, Technical Reporting, QA/ QC Procedures
