The Role
Islamabad Club seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer, reporting to the Administrator, to lead the Club's overall management, uphold its heritage and ensure sound governance and long-term financial sustainability (3-year contract, extendable for 2 years).
•Drive the Club's long-term vision by formulating and executing the strategic plan, business plan and annual budgets approved by the Board •Lead and hold accountable the senior management team (CFO, COO) through clear performance targets, while safeguarding the independence of internal audit •Set and enforce standards of member service across dining, rooms, sports, golf and events •Grow revenues across membership, F&B, rooms, banquets and sports; optimise costs and keep the Club financially self-sustaining •Uphold the Club's constitution, bye-laws and rules and embed sound governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance •Serve as the Club's principal representative before members, government bodies, affiliated clubs, the diplomatic community and the media •Spearhead major development projects and the renovation and modernisation of Club facilities •Build a high-performance, member-first service culture, develop succession planning and report to the Board on performance, risks and opportunities

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Management Sciences
- Professional Master's Degree: Chartered Accountancy (CA)
Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 7 years as CEO or C-level position in a multi-company or multi-unit organisation; demonstrated record of full P&L ownership with results in revenue growth, cost control and operational turnaround Preferred: Experience leading a premier members' club, recreational project or large hospitality/ sports organisation
•CA/ CFA or Master's (MBA or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university •Contract basis for a period of 3 years, extendable for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance •The position is purely contractual and not regularizable
