The Role

Islamabad Club seeks a qualified and strategic Chief Financial Officer, reporting to the CEO, to lead the Club's finance function, safeguard its financial integrity and support sound decisions and long-term financial sustainability (3-year contract, extendable for 2 years).

•Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and the overall financial strategy of the Club •Ensure timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and laws •Manage member billing, subscriptions, receivables and recovery of outstanding dues •Manage cash flow, treasury, investments of Club funds and banking relationships •Establish and maintain internal controls over F&B, rooms, stores, sports and event revenues; liaise with external auditors and the Head of Internal Audit •Ensure full tax compliance (income tax, sales tax on services, withholding) and all statutory filings •Provide financial analysis and MIS reports to the CEO, Finance Committee and Board, including departmental profitability and costing •Lead, develop and supervise the Finance & Accounts team

Professional Master's Degree: Chartered Accountancy (CA)
Masters: Finance

Required Experience

Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, of which at least 5 years as CFO, Finance Director or Head of Finance Preferred: Experience in hospitality, a members' club or a not-for-profit organization; working experience with ERP/ hospitality accounting systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Opera or similar)

Required Professional Registration(s)/ License(s)

•Qualified Chartered Accountant CA, ACCA, ACMA or CPA (mandatory) •MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university will be an additional advantage

Any Other Requirements or Preferences

•Contract basis for a period of 3 years, extendable for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance •The position is purely contractual and not regularizable
