The Role

Peridot Products (Kiwi, Glint, Black Cat, Inseguard) urgently requires a Regional Sales Manager for the South Punjab & Sahiwal Zone to drive sales targets, lead the sales team and manage distributor operations across the territory.

•Drive achievement of revenue, volume, distribution, coverage and overall business targets in line with company objectives •Ensure implementation and compliance with company SOPs, policies, systems and sales processes across the assigned territory •Lead and develop the sales team through performance monitoring, coaching and field supervision to achieve individual and team KPIs •Execute approved sales, marketing, promotional and trade activities to achieve business objectives and maximize market growth •Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales performance, market intelligence, distribution and other required data to Head Office •Manage distributor operations and ensure compliance with sales plans, KPIs, distribution standards and commercial policies •Conduct regular market visits to monitor route coverage, product availability and competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities •Drive profitable growth across all channels, particularly General Trade (GT/ Retail) and Large Modern Trade (LMT), while maintaining a healthy channel mix •Ensure sustainable secondary sales growth by improving outlet coverage, productivity, distribution and route-to-market execution
