Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, Information Technology
- Intermediate/ Higher Secondary School Certificate/ A- Level
With DAE: minimum one (1) year of post qualification experience; with Intermediate: minimum two (2) years of post qualification experience, in any of the areas of IT support/ hardware/ software troubleshooting/ system maintenance/ user assistance and service delivery
