The Role
Al Ghurair Giga is seeking an experienced Hydroponics Farming Expert to oversee hydroponic farm operations, improve crop productivity and establish efficient, commercially viable farming practices.
•Manage daily farm operations, crop cycles and harvesting •Operate and optimise NFT, DWC and drip irrigation systems •Monitor pH, EC, nutrients, water quality and climate conditions •Manage pests, diseases and plant nutrition •Improve crop yield, quality and operational efficiency •Maintain equipment, production records and food safety standards •Supervise farm staff and implement SOPs

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant Sciences
•Minimum 5 years of hands-on hydroponic farming experience •Proven experience in commercial hydroponic crop production •Experience in team management and operational cost control Preferred: Experience in commercial farm setup or scaling
Hydroponic Farming, Fertigation, Nutrient Management, Irrigation Systems
Preferred: Greenhouse Automation, Climate Control, Post-harvest Handling
•Knowledge of greenhouse automation and climate control •Understanding of post-harvest handling and farm profitability
