The Role
Soorty (Denimkind) is hiring an onsite Deputy Manager- Internal Audit at Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi to lead risk-based internal audits and guide the audit team.
•Develop and execute risk-based internal audit plans and programs •Lead and supervise internal audit assignments across different units and departments •Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, SOPs and operational processes •Identify key business, financial, operational and compliance risks and recommend appropriate controls •Review business operations, internal controls, ERP systems and high-risk activities •Monitor and follow up on corrective actions and closure of audit observations •Strengthen risk management and guide junior audit team members

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Accounting
- Professional Master's Degree: Chartered Accountancy (CA), Cost and Management Accountancy (CMA), ACCA
- Bachelor 14 Years: Commerce (B.Com)
4-6 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, preferably in the manufacturing/ textile industry
