The Role
Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital is hiring a Scrub Nurse (LPN) in Rawalpindi to prepare the operation theatre and assist surgeons with sterile instrumentation during procedures.
•Perform proper scrubbing, gowning, gloving and sterile trolley setup •Prepare the operation theatre, patient, instruments and surgical supplies prior to procedures •Assist surgeons during surgical procedures and ensure smooth intraoperative workflow •Collect required sterile instruments/ supplies from CSSD and manage equipment handovers •Perform carbonization and sterilization checks within the operation theatre

1- 2 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Diploma: Nursing
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant scrub nurse/ OT experience
Aseptic Technique, Surgical Instrumentation, Sterilization Protocols, Infection Control
Valid BLS/ ALS certification preferred
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma/ certification
