The Role
Stylo is hiring an AI Specialist to support the development, implementation and optimization of AI and machine learning solutions that address business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
•Develop, test and implement AI and machine learning models and solutions •Analyze business problems and identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency and decision-making •Conduct data analysis, research, experimentation and model evaluation •Work with structured and unstructured data to derive meaningful insights •Collaborate with technology and business teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems •Explore and implement Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering and other emerging AI technologies •Evaluate model performance, accuracy, scalability and reliability •Support deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of AI solutions

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Computer Science
1-3 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, data science or a related domain
AI/ ML tools & frameworks, Python, Data analysis & visualization, Generative AI, LLMs & RAG, SQL & data processing, ML Ops
