The Role
PSEB is hiring a Research Consultant to design research methodologies, analyze market data and deliver insights supporting marketing strategies and business decisions for the IT industry.
•Collaborate with clients to conduct market research, analyze data and deliver actionable insights •Design research methodologies, collect and interpret data and present findings supporting marketing strategies •Develop customized research proposals and strategies to meet client objectives •Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, focus groups and interviews •Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitive positioning •Collect and analyze data using statistical software and data analysis tools •Provide strategic guidance based on research insights to optimize marketing campaigns and business strategies •Prepare detailed research reports, executive summaries and visual presentations •Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients implementing research-based strategies

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Management Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration
Minimum 6 years professional experience, with at least 4 years managing PSDP programs focused on marketing research, survey reports, data analytics and strategic management Preferred: Candidates with PSDP/ ADP/ Government Projects experience
Project Management, Communication and presentation, MS Project, MS Excel
