The Role

ITA is hiring a Project Associate for its Programme team in Lahore to support research, training, project coordination, data management and reporting for education programmes.

•Design and coordinate research studies using appropriate methodologies •Manage research activities, including piloting, data collection, analysis and reporting •Develop research proposals, concept papers and budgets for funding opportunities •Support data analysis and interpretation to inform programme strategies •Conduct training sessions for research teams, partners and stakeholders •Design and refine training content for school staff and community members •Analyse training outcomes and recommend improvements •Manage and update SIS/ TIS records for student and teacher data under PEF/ PEIMA •Support quality education delivery, textbook provision and QAT implementation in schools •Facilitate social mobilisation, conflict resolution and project events •Liaise with district officials, PEF monitors and other education stakeholders •Strengthen monitoring to ensure staff presence in the field and timely implementation •Maintain accurate school and project records •Prepare and submit regular reports on project activities and progress
