The Role
Bank of Khyber is hiring an Officer Talent Acquisition in the Human Resourcing Division (HRDG) at its Head Office, Peshawar, to manage end-to-end recruitment.
•Manage end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management •Partner with concerned functions to understand job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions •Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire •Manage recruitment trackers and prepare regular hiring status reports/ MIS

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years): Any Discipline
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Human Resource Management, Business Administration
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Human Resource Management, Business Administration
Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition Preferred: Commercial banking/ financial services industry
