The Role
Bank of Khyber is hiring a Unit Head Employees Relation (HRDG) at its Head Office, Peshawar, to oversee a fair, transparent and legally compliant employee relations framework, covering conduct, discipline, grievances, workplace harassment prevention and employee well-being.
•Architect and oversee a fair, transparent and legally compliant employee relations ecosystem •Direct all facets of employee conduct, discipline, grievance resolution and workplace harassment prevention •Foster a holistic employee well-being culture in the organisation •Provide strategic assistance to the GH/ DH HR on high-stakes HR matters •Coordinate Employee Grievance, Disciplinary Action and Workplace Harassment committees •Manage disciplinary actions, inquiry management and appeals •Manage grievance and anti-harassment matters

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years): Any Discipline
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Law, Business Administration, Human Resource Management
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Law, Business Administration, Human Resource Management
10 to 15 years of total working experience, with minimum 03 years of experience in a similar/ relevant role
Employee Relations, Disciplinary Inquiries, Grievance Handling, Anti-Harassment Compliance
