The Role
Bank of Khyber is hiring a Unit Head- Organizational Development (HRDG) at its Head Office, Peshawar, to lead organisation development, HR governance, compensation and performance management frameworks.
•Lead organisation development, HR governance and policy frameworks in alignment with SBP regulations and applicable laws •Drive organisational structuring, workforce planning, workload assessment and staffing norms •Lead salary surveys, market benchmarking, compensation analysis and pay structure reviews •Develop and oversee executive scorecards, KPIs and performance management frameworks •Lead succession planning and critical talent pipelines for key leadership positions •Manage PMS, appraisal, promotion and merit-based salary review cycles •Lead HR budgeting, workforce cost analysis and resource planning •Coordinate Board/ HRRC agendas, working papers and presentations in line with governance requirements •Support senior management in organisational restructuring, transformation and change management initiatives

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (14 Years): Any Discipline
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Human Resource Management, Business Administration
- Master's Degree (16 Years): Human Resource Management, Business Administration
10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to Organization Development, HR Governance and Compensation & Benefits Preferred: Commercial banking experience, with sound knowledge of banking operations, SBP regulations and corporate governance
