The Role

The Site Supervisor oversees quantities, costs and progress of construction works for Alkhidmat Foundation's Hala project. The position is on contract basis.

•Prepare, review, and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) in accordance with project drawings and specifications •Perform material quantity reconciliation and monitor material consumption against approved quantities •Monitor project quantities, costs, and budget utilization to ensure effective cost control •Review project progress and assess quantities executed against approved drawings and BOQs •Review and verify contractor Interim Payment Certificate (IPC), running bills, and payment claims •Conduct rate analysis, cost estimation, and pricing for construction works
