The Role
The Assistant Warden supports the management of Aghosh Alkhidmat Kohat, an orphan care home, ensuring the care, discipline, safety and well-being of resident children.
•Support the Warden/ Administrator in the smooth management and supervision of Aghosh Home •Ensure holistic care, discipline, safety, and emotional well-being of all resident childrens •Supervise childrens daily routines and ensure proper implementation of the approved timetable •Maintain accurate records and reports using MS Office, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders •Monitor student behavior, ensure cleanliness and inventory control, and implement organizational policies effectively
