The Role
Kohinoor Mills Limited is hiring a Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for its Research and Development function, supporting the development of fabric samples, finishes and product innovations in woven fabrics.
•Coordinate with the Marketing and Sampling departments to ensure effective planning, timely development and execution of fabric samples •Assist in the development of new fabric finishes, processing techniques and product innovations in woven fabrics •Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer requirements and new opportunities in textile processing •Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of R&D trials •Prepare reports, presentations and technical documentation using MS Office

- Bachelor 16 Years: Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering
Fresh to 1 year of experience
