The Role
Maroof International Hospital is hiring a Project Director to lead the planning and delivery of its new hospital development at DHA Phase II.
•Oversee planning, design, construction, commissioning and handover •Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, banks, and local and international institutions •Manage budgets, timelines, procurement and project risks •Guide approvals, quality and safety, with regular reporting to leadership

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Project Management
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with a proven record of delivering major development projects Preferred: Hospital or complex institutional project experience, including financial and multidisciplinary coordination, is strongly preferred
