The Role
IPAK is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Management System Executive to join its team at Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, Sheikhupura.
•Prepare, review and maintain management system manuals, procedures, policies and documentation •Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, BRCGS, SEDEX SMETA, EN 15343 and ISCC PLUS standards •Implement and maintain Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental and Food Safety Management Systems •Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness •Manage document control, including the distribution, revision and approval of management system documents •Conduct internal process audits and monitor compliance with applicable standards and legal requirements •Identify non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions •Monitor process performance, identify improvement opportunities and support continual improvement initiatives •Coordinate management reviews, objectives, risk assessments and compliance activities •Promote workplace safety, environmental responsibility, teamwork and continuous improvement

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Environmental Sciences, Chemical Engineering
1-3 years of relevant experience in Quality, Health & Safety, Environment and Integrated Management Systems
ISO Standards, Integrated Management Systems, Internal Audits, Risk Management, Corrective Action Procedures
