The Role
S&P Global Market Intelligence seeks a Channel Solutions Product Consultant in Islamabad to answer data feed and cloud service client queries on products such as Xpressfeed. It is a frontline role with frequent interaction with sales and product management.
•Respond to inquiries for data feed and cloud service clients •Improve technical expertise with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), MS Excel and SQL •Provide professional, timely, quality support of feed-based products •Record accurate and timely tracking of client issues in the Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce) •Document newly found solutions and product updates •Collaborate with internal teams across the global organization to answer client concerns and route improvement requests and sales leads •Stay current on existing and newly developed product offerings

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
Preferred: 0-2 years working experience in a finance or data related position
MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Financial Statements Analysis
Preferred: SQL, Investment Knowledge
- English (Speaking: Native/ Fluent, Reading: Native/ Fluent, Writing: Native/ Fluent)
•Must be willing to work the night shift (6PM to 3AM) •Must be amenable to work on holidays and weekends
