The Role
Client Services Associates are the first point of contact for S&P Global Market Intelligence clients, supporting credit products on Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro. After about 1-2 months of initial training and certification, the associate supports clients by phone, web chat and email and delivers product training.
•Work directly with clients to help optimize their workflows and streamline their research and data analysis needs •Support clients over the phone, via web chats and emails after initial training •Proactively reach out to clients to deliver training on product offerings once certified •Understand client workflows and provide tailored assistance to maximize usage of the S&P Global Market Intelligence product range •Support credit products on Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro •Work with internal teams including Sales, Content, Product and Technical Support

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Finance, Economics, Accounting
Fresh to up to 6 months of relevant experience
Customer Service, Finance and Accounting, Communication, Teamwork
- English (Speaking: Native/ Fluent, Reading: Native/ Fluent, Writing: Native/ Fluent)
•Successful completion of required certification assessments during training
