The Role
As a Client Services Associate (Non-Financial Corporates), the incumbent serves as an expert on the Capital IQ Pro platform, providing client support through diagnostic conversations and driving product usage and revenue. New hires are trained on the Energy, TMT and Metals & Mining industries.
•Provide exceptional customer service to clients, distributors and internal SPGMI staff via phone, email and web chats in industry, content and product consulting •Support a client base across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, Financial Corporate and Non-Financial Corporate segments •Handle approximately 100 client interactions each month •Assist with training and mentoring new hires •Conduct product demos or webcasts for clients •Build out the Knowledge Base for internal stakeholders and clients
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor 16 Years: Finance, Accounting, Economics
Communication
Preferred: Customer Service, Leadership, Time Management
- English (Speaking: Native/ Fluent, Reading: Native/ Fluent, Writing: Native/ Fluent)
•Open to working different shifts, including night and evening shifts, and a weekend rotation lasting 1-2 months
