The Role
Aspin Pharma is looking for a Lahore-based Field Training Manager to strengthen field force capabilities through training programmes for Medical Representatives and First-Line Managers. The role involves business travel.
•Analyze and assess the training needs of the Field Force •Develop and execute initial and advanced training programs for Medical Representatives to enhance their selling skills and business acumen •Collaborate with Medical, Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams for training on Disease, Brands and Sales Force Effectiveness •Conduct periodic knowledge checks and initiate refresher training to maintain the quality of the Field Force •Provide on-the-job coaching to First-Line Managers (FLMs) and ensure strong follow-up for development areas •Support product launches with targeted training for the Field Force •Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, working with Commercial Excellence and Business Units for feedback and improvements

2- 5 years
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Professional Bachelor: Pharmacy (Pharm-D)
- Masters: Business Administration (MBA)
2-5 years of experience in training and development Preferred: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or Pharma Sales Management
Facilitation, Coaching, Communication, E-learning Technologies, Training Program Design
