Iron Box Gym is looking for an ambitious, high-energy General Manager with a proven track record in gym operations and fitness management to take charge of its facility in Lahore.
•Operational excellence: oversee daily gym operations, facility upkeep, and health & safety compliance •Team leadership: recruit, train and inspire front-desk staff, personal trainers and floor teams •Business & sales growth: drive membership retention, sales campaigns and local community outreach •Member satisfaction: maintain high service standards and foster an elite, community-focused environment
