The Role
Sapphire Fibres is hiring a Manager Mechanical for its denim plant at Raiwind Road, Lahore, to lead mechanical maintenance and equipment reliability.
•Implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for the denim plant •Monitor equipment reliability, downtime, MTBF and MTTR metrics •Eliminate recurring equipment failures and optimize maintenance costs •Manage spare parts inventory and repair-versus-replacement decisions •Develop and train a skilled, multi-skilled maintenance team •Ensure safety, LOTO, statutory and audit compliance for mechanical assets

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (16 Years): Mechanical Engineering
- MS / MPhil: Mechanical Engineering
6-8 years of experience in mechanical maintenance
