The Role
The Rising Foundation invites applications for the post of Deputy Team Lead under the Sindh Livestock and Aquaculture Development Project (SLADP), Social Mobilization Component.
•Strategic and operational leadership •Social mobilization •Producer Group formation and registration •Producer Alliance development •Business plans •Gender and inclusion •Private-sector engagement •Capacity building •Field monitoring and quality assurance •Coordination with Government, ACTED, LEAD and other stakeholders •Reporting and documentation •Risk management •Staff management •Budget/ resource management
Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters: Social Sciences, Development Studies, Agriculture, Business Administration
Substantial experience in project/ team management and rural development
•PMD-Pro or equivalent preferred
