The Role
Damen Support Programme invites applications for Area Manager in Faisalabad, providing strategic leadership to field teams across branches.
•Provide strategic leadership to field teams, driving high performance, recruitment, staff retention, and teamwork across branches •Oversee timely loan disbursements •Maintain portfolio strength by managing Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and credit risk •Ensure operational compliance through regular branch visits •Analyze performance trends using data metrics and deliver strategic reports to senior leadership •Uphold high customer service standards and community stakeholder relationships

Education, Experience and Skills Requirements
- Masters
5-7 years of experience in financial institutions
Business Growth, Market Development, Strategic Planning, Islamic Finance, Internal Controls
•Key knowledge of Shariah principles, Islamic finance, internal controls, regulatory standards, and sustainability/ renewable energy initiatives
